Video surveillance of the employer's workplace is carried out to ensure the safety of people and property, to ensure the safety of the company's movable property and equipment, to protect confidential data and business secrets, and to control the entry of unauthorized persons into the company's workplace.
Special processing effects
The personal data controller will process the recordings exclusively for the primary purpose - the purpose for which the video surveillance was established, except in the case of using the recordings obtained through video surveillance for evidentiary purposes and in those cases where a deviant event occurs (e.g., damage to a person or property) and the recordings are used to assert, exercise or defend legal claims in connection with such an event.
Unusual further processing
Data transfers to a third country: the controller does not transfer personal data related to the implementation of video surveillance to a third country.
Live monitoring: a video surveillance system can be implemented by recording and archiving footage or by directly monitoring live events.
