Lek Veterina builds its story on a long tradition of producing premixes, mineral feed mixtures, water-soluble powders and liquid products. On 22. 9. 2022, a contract was concluded in the form of a notarial deed on the purchase and transfer of the entire business share of the company BK Posredništvo, finančne storitve in svetovanje, doo, the majority owner of the company Lek Veterina doo. The buyer was the company ANGLOXELL VALORES Y PARTICIPACIONES, SL, which is part of the Pintaluba group. After the transfer of ownership of BK Posredništvo doo, as of 18. 3. 2025, the sole shareholder of the company Lek Veterina doo became the company ANGLOXELL VALORES Y PARTICIPACIONES SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, Spain, represented by director Andrés Pintaluba Esporrín.
