At the location of the company Lek Veterina d.o.o., video surveillance of access to official office or business premises and video surveillance within the workplace is carried out, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant regulations and legal and regulatory regulations in the field of personal data protection.

Video surveillance of access to official office or business premises of the company is carried out to ensure the safety of people and property, to ensure control of entry into or exit from these premises.

Video surveillance of the employer's workplace is carried out for the urgent purpose of ensuring the safety of people and property, ensuring the safety of the company's movable property and equipment, and for the protection of confidential data and business secrets, and for controlling the entry of unauthorized persons into the company's workplace

Specific impacts of processing

The personal data controller will process the recordings exclusively for the primary purpose - the purpose for which the video surveillance was established, except in the case of using the recordings obtained through video surveillance for evidentiary purposes and in those cases when a deviant event occurs (e.g. damage to a person or property) and the recordings are used to assert, exercise or defend legal claims in connection with such an event.

Unusual further processing

Transfers of data to a third country: the controller does not transfer personal data related to the implementation of video surveillance to a third country.

Live monitoring: the video surveillance system can be implemented by recording and archiving recordings and by directly monitoring live events.

Legal basis for processing personal data:

• video surveillance at the entrances to buildings and business premises (Article 77 of the ZVOP-2),
• video surveillance within work premises (Article 78 of the ZVOP-2),
• internal company acts relating to the protection of personal data and relating to the method of using the video surveillance system and the management, procedures and measures for the protection of personal data obtained with the help of video surveillance in the company Lek Veterina d.o.o.

Storage of recordings:
Video surveillance recordings may be stored for a maximum of one year from the moment the video recording was created.
